DuPont™ Aviation Finishes

DuPont Aviation Finishes is a complete product line developed to specifically meet the needs and demands of the general aviation market and aircraft refinishing. These high-performance products provide outstanding results you expect from DuPont - first-quality aircraft, the first time, every time.

The complete product line includes pre-treatments, primers, surfacers, topcoats and a basecoat/clearcoat system. Recommended for use over a variety of substrates, these products can be used on propeller aircraft and rotary-wing aircraft, as well as jet aircraft.

The DuPont Aviation Finishes product line includes three Imron® products - Imron® AF35000™, Imron® AF400™ and Imron® AF700™.

Imron® AF3500™ is a single-stage topcoat for applications where the highest level of appearance and chemical/fluid resistance is required such as refinish of jet aircraft, and is available in solids colors.

Imron® AF400™ is a single-stage topcoat offering appearance, productivity and ease of use for refinish of light aircraft, and is available in solid and metallic colors.

Imron® AF700™ is a basecoat/clearcoat system ideal for accent colors and stripes, and offers excellent basecoat/clearcoat appearance and chemical/fluid resistance for jet applications.
